If you’d like to be scouted, I’d recommend you put yourself out there on the Art Forum - make an art thread ask for critiques, or find some art collabs to get involved in, like the OC Plaza thread! You may be scouted by someone who thinks your stuff is great, or you might get advice to improve your work so that more people will want to scout you!
(Just don’t make your own thread offering to draw people’s OCs - the amount of people who only respond to those threads means it’s a guaranteed way to give yourself more work than you can handle.)

You have to learn to draw for yourself first. Otherwise youll constantly get dissapointed. Drawin should be a passion for you and drawin for the hell of it your prime goal
